The process of taking off the entire abhisheka from Moolarama is called Udvarchana. After this, the idols will be cleansed with holy water. Later this holy water all be received by every one with devotion. This is known as 'Kilubu' (scientifically Copper Sulfate). Abhisheka for this ancient idol of Moolarama will be performed only twice in year. Udwarchana will be done after this abhisheka. Hence this water will be considered to be powerful.
